Cheap WYG is a winner

WYG has established an important new relationship with its latest contract win in Poland and its shares continue to look cheaply rated compared with forecast compound annual growth of 20 per cent over the next two years.

Engineering consultant WYG (WYG) is part of a consortium led by AMEC that has been selected as preferred bidder to manage the building of Poland's first new nuclear power plant in a decade.

The work will be worth £6m to £8m to WYG in the first three years, plus up to £35m over the following seven years. This is the first time the group has been involved in a nuclear building, as opposed to decommissioning, project and the first time it has worked with AMEC - a potentially lucrative relationship for the future.
