Former BP chief Tony Hayward has been appointed as Genel Energy's (GENL) chairman after Rodney Chase tendered his resignation. The move has ruffled some feathers due to Mr Hayward's existing chairmanship of FTSE 100 resource giant Glencore (GLEN).
