Regenersis' (RGS) strategic shift towards higher-margin segments of its business - highlighted in last July's IC buy call - has gathered momentum through the proposed sale of its Repair Services Business to CTDI Repair Services for €103.5m (£80.3m).

The deal, which is expected to complete in the second quarter of 2016, is seen by chairman Matthew Peacock as a definitive step in the transition of the Regenersis business model. Following completion, it is expected that Regenersis will change its name to Blancco Technology, with the group positioned as a "pure play software asset", operating the Blancco, SafeIT, Xcaliber and Tabernus brands.
