Supply chain and logistics software provider Kewill Systems has warned that profits for the first half of 2008 will fall below last year's £730,000. Management blamed the shortfall on weak performance in Asia and the US and also warned of further contract delays, but assured investors that it remains on track to meet full-year forecasts.

IC VIEW:

FairlyPriced

Kewill is not the first software company to issue a profit warning on the back of worsening economic conditions and definitely will not be the last. Fairly priced at 63.5p.
