Langbar International shareholders are considering joining together in a scheme of arrangement to try to recover money from the company's founders. The founders are stalling legal efforts to make them pay back proceeds from share sales before the shell company collapsed.
Freezing orders are in place on the assets of founders Jean-Pierre Regli and Mariusz Rybak and major shareholder Lambert Financial. In the past week, £4m has been recovered from an Insinger Townsley account.
The final amount it could reclaim remains difficult to predict.
