IWG's (IWG) chief executive, Mark Dixon, has a history of selling shares in eye-watering chunks - late last year he offloaded £102m-worth, while in 2009 he sold roughly a tenth of his stake in the group. Mr Dixon has come back to the market again, offloading just under 12 per cent of his stake for £94.2m, cutting his holding to a little over a quarter of the company's shares.

IWG (formerly Regus) has seen its share price rise by more than a fifth in the past year, with the workspace-as-a-service provider stripping overheads out of its business model as revenues grew, leading to double-digit revenue and pre-tax profit growth.
Its most recent trading update hinted that there may be trouble ahead, with a 1.5 per cent drop in revenues at constant rates and a £23.2m reduction in underlying cash generation to £33.2m. However, the group reported seeing improved activity in the UK and Asia-Pacific and is expecting an improvement in performance as the year progresses.
