Home completions are expected to be lower in the current year, but Inland has secured two key agreements. The first is with Southampton City Council where it will act as the Council's development partner for an 8.9-acre brownfield site. Inland will be responsible for the creation of over 380 units and a marine-based commercial development, with a gross development value of £100m. It has also received a resolution to grant planning consent for 95 residential units and 4,000 sq ft of commercial space at the Vale in west London, with an estimated gross development value of over £50m.

An application has also been submitted for over 400 homes and 60,000 sq ft on its 75-acre site at Aston Clinton in Buckinghamshire. The land bank currently stands at 5,043 plots, of which around a fifth have consent or a resolution to grant consent.
