Mr. Evans has spearheaded Tribal's ongoing shift from support services into software. Alongside a mixed set of final results, he unveiled a three-year growth plan that centres on overseas expansion and the group's student management system. It's expected to boost EPS by half to 17p over the next three years.

Broker N+1 Singer expects pre-tax profit of £17.1m, giving EPS of 13.9p (from £13.4m and 11.3p in 2014).
