London & Stamford's biggest holder exits

A cornerstone shareholder sells its stake in London & Stamford for 100p

London & Stamford's shares fell 8 per cent this week when its largest shareholder offloaded its entire 13.6 per cent stake. GE Asset Management, which grew out of the US giant's pension fund, got out at 100p - a 13 per cent discount to the previous closing price of 115p, but the shares now stand at 105p.
