Watch: "We're a long way from neutral"

The yield on US 10-year Treasury Notes has doubled from 1.5 per cent to 3.00 per cent since early 2017.  Technically the quarterly chart shows a clear break above the top of a right-angled triangle and trend line resistance established since 1988.  Mr Powell suggests more rate rises are likely.  Will this be mirrored in the US yield curve and what are the implications for other sovereign debt?  The Trader outlines her ideas with Nick Batsford of Core Finance.
