Knights Group Holdings (KGH) recently unveiled a 51 per cent leap in revenue to £52.7m for FY2019. Complementing four bolt-on acquisitions, a 22 per cent increase in average fees per fee earner underpinned 15 per cent of organic revenue growth. Coinciding with the expiry of the post-IPO lock-in period, two directors have opted to bank some of their gains.

Mark Beech, group director of client services and brother of chief executive David Beech, has disposed of 603,448 shares worth £1.66m. He has sold half the shares he held following Knights’ admission to the Alternative Investment Market (Aim) in June 2018. Meanwhile, non-executive chairman Balbinder Johal has offloaded 49 per cent of his post-admission holdings, selling 490,000 shares for £1.35m.
Additionally, James Sheridan (a partner in the corporate team) has divested 310,345 shares totalling £0.85m, retaining 50 per cent of his holding. Mr. Sheridan was formerly the head of corporate at Turner Parkinson, which was acquired by Knights prior to listing.
