Next (NXT) chief executive Lord Simon Wolfson has sold 153,000 shares at around £66.05 each, totalling more than £10m.

We understand that Lord Wolfson sold the shares to increase his holding in another, non-retail investment in his portfolio. The UK Parliament’s website lists his other shareholdings as Agrifirma Brazil, a Brazilian agriculture company, fusion research group Tokamak Energy and cancer drug development company ADC Therapeutics, as well as Pembroke Venture Capital Trust, which invests in growth-stage companies.
Despite the large sale, he retains a holding of more than 1m shares in the retail giant, equivalent to a little over 1 per cent of the issued share capital and worth more than £94m.
