Polar Capital consolidates gains

The asset manager is diversifying its client base and asset mix

Polar Capital's (POLR) recovery continues. The asset manager consolidated progress made during the latter part of the prior financial year, gaining net inflows of £820m during the first half. Together with market returns of £510m, this took assets under management up to £10.6bn at the end of September. A confident management upped the dividend for the first time in four years.
