This might explain why TJI Investment Corporation has taken advantage of the current buoyancy in the shares to cash in some profits. Although independently managed, TJI was established by Gary Mesch (brother of chief executive Greg Mesch) for his children. Gary Mesch transferred the majority of his CityFibre shareholding into the trust on its establishment, although he still retains a small, separate stake in the company. Canada-based TJL sold a total of 300,000 shares for between 56.2p and 58.6p, with £102,893 of the sale conducted in dollars.
