Intermediate Capital CFO sells £1m

Interest rates may be rising but they are still meagre by historic standards, pushing yield-hungry institutional investors towards alternative assets. For Intermediate Capital (ICP), which invests across a range of debt, private equity and real estate via closed-ended funds, that helped pull in assets and precipitated an almost two-thirds rise in the share price during the past two years. Chief financial officer Philip Keller has decided to bank some gains by selling £1.1m-worth of shares in the group, reducing his – and his connected persons' – holding to 0.22 per cent.
