Nanoco boss sells 2m shares

Michael Edelman, chief executive at Nanoco (NANO), has sold 2m shares for around £0.9m to repay a personal loan. The disposal reduces Dr Edelman’s stake by over a half. He has also transferred 60,000 shares into a charitable donor advised fund (not reflected in the table), and no longer has any economic interest in these. Meanwhile, chief technology officer Nigel Pickett has offloaded 0.2m shares totalling £0.1m. He now holds 10.9m shares, or 3.8 per cent of the group’s share capital.
