Hilton Foods diversifies by product and geography

The group is branching away from its traditional meat business to seafood and vegetarian options
March 27, 2019

Hilton Food (HFG) became a more diversified business over the course of 2018. Production at its temporary satellite facility in Queensland is now under way, and the permanent site is ahead of schedule and expected to open in the third quarter of the current financial year. In July 2018, Hilton took full operational control of what was previously a joint venture at existing locations in Bunbury, Western Australia and Melbourne, Victoria, and signed 15-year long-term supply agreements with supermarket Woolworths.
