Hallam Land expects to extend its landbank by a further 4,000 acres, across 46 sites. The land promotion business obtained planning permission on two sites for 1,100 units and has 45 sites working through the sale process, totalling 16,481 units.
While activity for the construction business is expected to be ahead of last year, trading for plant hire business Banner Plant was marginally down on a like-for-like basis since the start of the year, reflecting slower construction activity across the UK market.
