The City seems certain of one thing: a hung parliament - if that's what we're going to get - will be no good for recruitment agencies. If so, it will certainly be bad for Hays, the UK's biggest recruitment agent. The logic is that a hung parliament will create uncertainty, whether the political parties can work together or not. And this uncertainty will create less 'churn' in the public-sector's jobs market because those who want to move roles will decide to sit tight and see what transpires.
