Kurdish oil producer Gulf Keystone Petroleum (GKP) could cancel its previously announced dividend after a pipeline shutdown has thrown its operations into uncertainty. 

A long-running dispute between Turkey and Iraq has led to an arbitration victory for Iraq, and the closure of the pipeline that Gulf Keystone uses to export its oil. The company has already stopped production as it has limited storage capacity.
