IPF shows signs of recovery

And there's a decent dividend too

There were some glimmers of hope at International Personal Finance (IPF) in 2017, but the sub-prime lender is still facing regulatory headwinds on potential interest rate caps in some of the countries where it operates. Rising competition and the Polish price cap on consumer loans meant underlying profits at its northern European home credit business declined by a fifth.
