Richard Shuttleworth, who takes up his post in September, has experience as commercial director at Amec and, more recently, as managing director of Cape's UK business. His appointment should please investors in Redhall, which has been without a dedicated chief executive for more than a year since Simon Foster left. David Jackson will revert to his non-executive chairman's role.
