Shares in Sutton Harbour (SUH) rose nearly 10 per cent after the Plymouth waterfront regeneration specialist secured planning consent for the Boardwalk scheme in the Vauxhall Quay area of Sutton Harbour.

This latest development marks a significant step in the group's long-term plan to revitalise the waterfront and enhance the Plymouth waterfront as a key visitor destination. The scheme comprises over 7,800 square feet of lettable space in two larger units, built on piles over the water, and will incorporate a pedestrian walkway that will improve access between the western and northern sides of the harbour.
