Mitie has landed a five-year office cleaning job with Lloyds Banking Group for £155m a year, with a possible one-year extension.

Services include catering, cleaning and waste management, so hopefully someone will profit from the mess left behind by bankers. Mitie reported revenues of £1.89bn last year and analysts expect a record of over £2bn in 21 May results.
