Property group Phoenix Spree Deutschland (PSDL) specialises in the Berlin residential market. Floated on the London Stock Exchange in June 2015, Phoenix has already accumulated a portfolio worth €400m (£336m) and is well placed to take advantage of the ever increasing demand for rental properties in Berlin.
