Last November, AB Dynamics' (ABDP) chief financial officer Rob Hart, along with his wife Wendy, divested their stake in the automotive testing systems developer. But it would seem Mr Hart didn't leave the game entirely.

In early December – the same time as AB’s annual general meeting – it was announced that several directors, including Mr Hart, had exercised options in respect of 142,702 ordinary shares at a price of 395p a share. The finance chief himself exercised 55,696 options. Mr Hart subsequently sold 25,696 of these shares on 7 March 2019, at an approximate price of 1,777p a share, bagging himself £456,618 in the process.
